Exchange is on a case by case basis. Merchandise must be returned:

- within 7 days (including the date of purchase) 

- with receipt,

- with pricetag and packaging intact, 

- and returned in its original and new condition.

We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

We provide repair services for some of the jewellery brands housed at e.e. The repair duration is between 2 week to 2 months depending on the country origin of your jewellery. Please note that there may be charges incurred and we will inform you before we proceed with your repair. Please pop by our shop to allow us to access the type of repair needed or if you have enquiries.
